Dawn, I’m in this Zoom but don’t see Lisa’s screen anymore. I can see all participants but not her screen. Do you know where it went?
Dawn M Eckenrode
20:29
That is strange. Can you try changing your view?
Michael M Dunham
20:41
Do you see a button in the top right corner that says “swap shared screen with video?” It’s possible that somehow got toggled, which shows video rather than the screen share in the large window
Angela McGowan-Kirsch
23:35
I don’t see that option. I’m on a mac. Should I click “share screen” at the bottom?
Jill Alyse Reese
24:00
Exit meeting and come back in, Angela?
Angela McGowan-Kirsch
24:15
:( I don’t want to miss anything ;)
Dawn M Eckenrode
24:20
Share screen will display your screen to the group
Angela McGowan-Kirsch
24:29
I’ll leave and come back
Angela McGowan-Kirsch
25:46
I’m back and it works. Good trouble shooting :)

I think it is as soon as room opens ...
Jill Alyse Reese
32:53
Is there a way to copy that thing into other topics?
Jill Alyse Reese
33:46
To be more clear, is there a way to copy that zoom thing in OnCourse into other Topics (if you do topics according to days/weeks)?
Jill Alyse Reese
34:22
Or even copy a topic?
Jill Alyse Reese
34:58
That’s fine.
Jill Alyse Reese
35:08
Sometimes I want to have the same content from one topic to another.

Related, what about a link to office hours? Do I need a separate one for each class or can they be linked to one zoom room?
Michael M Dunham
36:58
You can create one that you use for all classes if you want to mimic the way in-person office hours work
Jill Alyse Reese
37:11
Maybe Kim, you could have ONE office hours link and then put students from various classes into different “break out groups"
Kimberly S Mancino

Thanks!
Jill Alyse Reese
45:07
I think you can, Lisa!
Jill Alyse Reese
45:13
You have to schedule the meeting ahead of time.
Jill Alyse Reese
45:22
And have them “invited?
Jill Alyse Reese
45:25
"
Jill Alyse Reese
45:27
Not ?
Angela
01:06:29
I closed it, but stayed in the room. But couldn't see the timer anymore.
Michael M Dunham
01:06:47
Ok, thanks - that’s good to know
Dawn M Eckenrode
01:07:38
I need to leave for another meeting. Good session!
Jill Alyse Reese
