Dawn, I’m in this Zoom but don’t see Lisa’s screen anymore. I can see all participants but not her screen. Do you know where it went?

That is strange. Can you try changing your view?

Do you see a button in the top right corner that says “swap shared screen with video?” It’s possible that somehow got toggled, which shows video rather than the screen share in the large window

I don’t see that option. I’m on a mac. Should I click “share screen” at the bottom?

Related, what about a link to office hours? Do I need a separate one for each class or can they be linked to one zoom room?

You can create one that you use for all classes if you want to mimic the way in-person office hours work

Maybe Kim, you could have ONE office hours link and then put students from various classes into different “break out groups"
